    When I started my interior design business, I tried all sorts of marketing avenues to get new projects. From leaflet drops, networking, sponsoring local school fairs, multiple social media platforms, ads in local papers, signing up to directories… the list goes on. Whether it was a question about my services at the school gate or an email enquiry with three paragraphs of details, I logged the date, name, location, and how these people found my business—whether it was through a networking event, Facebook, Instagram, Google, or word of mouth.
